   • general and specific work experience (proven track record of language instruction)
   • native speaker
   • long-term stay abroad and additional training
2. Teaching skills
   • entry interview/test
   • education (a recognized university diploma, a comparable certificate, or a specialized certificate), advanced university students are accepted in exceptional cases
   • general and specific work experience (proven track record of language instruction)
   • completion of special teaching courses (TEFL etc.)
